Paint Me Rainbow::

Okay, this is my first "official" critique...=w= So please bear with me!! >w<
Let's start with the good things first: The sketches on her papers are awesome. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> I'm glad you went against my advice to outline it, to be honest; it looks a lot more natural. The expression is very daring, and I love how you actually show some teeth when you draw the mouths of your characters.
I love the paint, especially the placement of the blue paint on her face. The hair pins, despite the fact that they're a bit lopsided compared to each other, are an excellent touch and a great way to give the hair a certain style. The shirt is also really good. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> The buttons are cute, and the hat is a wonderful touch.

Now, for improvement. I won't complain about the eye size because that's your style (and I'm a sucker for large eyes), but I think that there should be a little more white area in them, so that it's not all iris. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/m/m…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Meow :3"/> Also, the hair in front of her hand does look a bit unnatural--but at the same time, it lets us see the ends of the hair, so it's a neutral situation.

Overall, this is a wonderful piece.
